1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must not be used
  • the item must not be installed or mounted
  • the item must be returned in the same condition as received
  • the item must be properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping

3. Important Information About Product Condition

We sell used and refurbished alloy wheels.

This means:

  • products may show signs of use
  • minor scratches, marks, or wear may be present
  • imperfections may also exist on inner surfaces

All products are presented with real photos and descriptions.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • the condition of the item has been clearly shown
  • visible signs of use are not grounds for return

Returns based on condition will not be accepted if:

  • the condition was visible in photos
  • or described in the product listing

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns if:

  • the item has been installed or mounted
  • the item shows signs of use after delivery
  • the item has been damaged by the customer

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • refunds are processed within 14 days
  • refunds are issued to the original payment method

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if:

  • the item is returned in a different condition
  • the item shows signs of use or damage

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item:

  • return the original item
  • place a new order

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged during shipping
  • significantly different from the description

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be reported to the courier immediately.

Hidden damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery by contacting:
