2. Products and Condition
We offer alloy wheels in various conditions, including:
- used wheels
- refurbished (restored) wheels
- occasionally new wheels
All products may show signs of previous use.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- minor scratches
- marks on inner surfaces
- normal wear and tear
These imperfections do not affect functionality unless explicitly stated.
Each product is presented with photos and descriptions that reflect its actual condition.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all images and details before purchasing.
3. Compatibility and Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected wheels are compatible with their vehicle.
We may provide guidance or assistance; however, all recommendations are for informational purposes only.
The customer should verify:
- size
- bolt pattern
- offset (ET)
- center bore
We are not responsible for incorrect purchases due to improper selection.
4. Orders
Orders can be placed through the Website.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
This does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel orders
- request additional verification
5. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in EUR.
We accept payments via:
- Stripe (card payments)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna
All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped from Poland.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
- Delivery is carried out by courier services
We may ship outside the European Union upon prior contact and agreement.
Delivery times may vary due to logistics or availability.
Customers are encouraged to contact us if they require updates.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for return:
- the product must not be used
- the product must not be mounted or installed
- the product must be returned in its original condition
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Due to the nature of used products:
- returns based on visible condition (e.g. scratches, wear) will not be accepted if these were clearly shown in photos or described
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
We may reduce the refund amount if the product has been used, damaged, or altered.
9. Complaints and Warranty
Customers have the right to file a complaint if the product is defective or not as described.
A legal warranty applies in accordance with EU law.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- incorrect product selection

16. Delivery Inspection and Damage Claims
Upon receiving the shipment, the customer is required to carefully inspect the package in the presence of the courier.
If any visible damage to the package is noticed:
- the customer must report it immediately to the courier
- a damage report (damage protocol) should be completed at the time of delivery
Failure to report visible damage upon delivery may affect the ability to successfully process a claim.
17. Hidden Damage
If damage to the product is discovered after opening the package (hidden damage):
- the customer must report the issue within 3 business days of receiving the shipment
- the report must be sent to: info@premiumwheels.eu
- the customer should include photos of:
- the product
- the packaging
- any visible damage
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected due to courier company policies.
18. Complaint Procedure for Shipping Damage
In case of shipping damage:
- the customer must contact us as soon as possible
- we will provide further instructions and a complaint form if required
Please note:
- claims reported after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted due to courier limitations
- this may prevent us from submitting a valid claim to the courier
